Shipping & Returns


We ship to anywhere in Canada and USA. When you place an order, Canada Post will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose and the volume of the product package being send.


You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days after delivery for full refund. If product packaging or product itself is damaged and, as a result of these damages, the product cannot be resold as new, we will not accept the item for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error i.e. you received an incorrect item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Each product has its own specific warranty period. Please read product description to find out how long the warranty period is. If a product fails to operate within its warranty period we will replace it for free.
You as customer will be responsible for all shipping charges - returning the product to us and shipping a new product back to you.

Products damaged by inappropriate or abusive use will not be replaced.
